We love you for shopping with Rage-Free Supply Co. and we hope you'll love what you spent your hard-earned dinero on. But if you need to return or exchange your goods for some inexplicable reason, we'll try to make it as painless as possible. PLEASE NOTE: all returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, and returned/exchanged items must be in their original good-as-new condition. That means unwashed, unworn, unsoiled, BO-free, deodorant-free, cologne-free and perfume-free. To initiate a return or exchange, simply send us an email that includes the following:

• Your name and order number

• Description of item being returned/exchanged

• If a RETURN, why it's being returned

• If an EXCHANGE, what you'd like to exchange it for

Once we receive your request, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is print, pack and ship. We'll take it from there and either apply a refund or exchange your item as soon as we receive it. PLEASE NOTE: all returned items are subject to a $5 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
